Staff member doing his best. Shame on the company.
Visited the Stone branch recently to grab a cold drink and was surprised (but sadly not shocked) to see only one member of staff running the entire shop. No backup. No security. No support.
He was polite and doing his best, but I honestly felt awful for him.... read full comment
