Visited here for the first time. Was very impressed at all of the stock they have got. The service we received from Nick, the gaffer, was brilliant. I told him what small project we were doing and he worked out all the measurements for us for the sizes of wood we would want. He had the wood cut for us so we could get it in the car. He went through with us the different ways to fix the wood to the wall and we bought the appropriate materials. He showed us all around the yard and new shop area. I think he?s very proud of his business. Sometimes when you goto a ?builders yard? you feel a bit stupid and awkward but Nick talked us through everything and was so willing to help and make us feel very welcome. I will definitely be back to support this business in the future as we have lots a projects we want to do in the future. Thanks Nick and the staff.Rob Hunt

Best builders merchants by far in the area, brilliant service, friendly staff and prices that are not what other rip off multi nationals charge, can not fault this place at all. They will even deliver those bulky items for free! 5 stars don't do enough justice
