Attendants wrongly let someone else pay for my pump, ok, we're human, only they tried charging me for the other pump, which was £9 more and a different fuel altogether, pointed this out and got questioned on it, I went and took a photo of the pump as it wasn't showing on their screens, absolutely atrocious service, trying to fob me off. I expect better from Shell.

Didn't let us use the toleit staff are rude and don't let you go to the public toliet without paying when I needed to go toleit for a medical reasons

Great service station.V power petrol too expensive at 25p more than standard unleaded.The card readers here are often unreliable.Even though four green lights appear the card will have to be inserted with pin for payment.Raise your game guys EG is now open at Darlaston roundabout.

I couldn't use the charger. It was heavy & cumbersome & I'm disabled. I was able to connect, but then it wouldn't charge so I charged at morrisons instead

After coming to stone shell petrol station every day for 3 years for petrol an coffee I forgot my ad blue around 3 weeks ago an have been told by the manager I was never there tracker evidence an payment confirmation says I was there at 5 50 am on monday an the owner is still saying I'm not on camera all though i have loads of evidence I was there an a payment print out from my bankI would never go to this store in stone Walton roundabout again as I felt an have been made out to be a liar well done shell petrol station for excellent customer services not I have 134 drivers who now do not use shell as a result in this
