Sick to death of being messed around first you seem to not understand the difference between close and gardens I've lost so much mail and then you collect 2 parcels lose them land then denied collection and why have phone numbers at sorting offices that no one answers that's every sorting office including stafford stone and stoke you are a disgrace its time you let a company buy you a run it properly poor service poor communication poor everything poor

The most miserable and unhelpful staff on several occasions but the guy today took the biscuit saying that we always leave a card (what if it is lost you cabbage). ?That?s a parcel force tracking reference we arnt parcel force?. I can clearly see that but if it says that it is at stone post office when I look on their website then I am clearly there for some reason. As it turns out it was at Stone Post Office and not the Depo to which they took my drivers license and happily gave me my parcel. There was no need to be rude. After reading the appalling reviews, I went on thier Web site. It provided today's date and when they would be open. And they were closed... so, they clearly have not learnt lessons from previous customer reviews. The management of this facility are clearly weak and have not got a clue on how to run a business. I am so sadden to know how well these people are being paid for achieving nothing in return.

Open 2 hours a day (8am - 10am), except Saturday. Why even bother? Barely get deliveries... once a week tops is how often I get post. Never get collections... no point booking royal mail collections at all, as they never, ever show up. Postal service in Stone is worthless. I can wait up to a week for things that are guaranteed next day

8am till 10am, just a joke, why bother? Oh other option wait at local Post box. Which means a long wait, to be met with grumpy drive, "can't take that, not insured". I explain purchased service and YOUR website directs me to this location for parcel collection. Grumpy man, begrudgingly takes parcel. Just wonderful customer service. Its just the same experiance each time. Royal mail so lucky Evri is even worse!

Pathetic. Not only do we have to now get there between 8 and 10 because they can't be bothered to open for more than 2 hours but today I turned up before 10 and they had just shut anyway. No reason given

Turned up to collect parcel no opening times on the website. Sign on the door says close at 10am. No good if you are working .

Awful opening times we miss the post because we are at work but can only collect during working hours surely a 5-8pm collection opening time would be more suitable and beneficial to people.

I checked the opening times on Google to collect a parcel. When I arrived, they were closed according to their opening times on a piece of paper on the door. I wonder how many people have had a wasted journey just because they can?t be bothered to update their Google profile!
