Sick to death of being messed around first you seem to not understand the difference between close and gardens I've lost so much mail and then you collect 2 parcels lose them land then denied collection and why have phone numbers at sorting offices that no one answers that's every sorting office including stafford stone... read full comment

The most miserable and unhelpful staff on several occasions but the guy today took the biscuit saying that we always leave a card (what if it is lost you cabbage). “That’s a parcel force tracking reference we arnt parcel force”.
