Rude and aggressive. At 18:18 I tried to report that a young lady at the till had taken my phone to scan my Morris ons more care card, said it wouldn't work then scanned her own phone and put it back in her pocket. I checked the receipt a d my app. Nothing had been awarded for this shop. I asked the customer se vice nicely who just laughed at me and walked off to do something else. I waited and asked again she said yeah it takes 72 hours, And walked off. I waited and asked again if I could speak to a manager and if they could check the cctv for till 6. Man came out very aggressive and dismissive and scowled at me until I left. I'm trying to tell them I'm not comfortable with what happened and I'm less comfortable now. At first I was just perplexed why did she scan her phone, after dealing with the staff I'm angry, hurt and worried. They have the cctv, I don't feel I deserved such treatment. A nasty experience.
