Asked if AA still have discount. Had a very opinionated woman with long her who voiced loudly to rest of staff 'we haven't done discount for over 3.5 years and people still come in asking'. Appalling customer service. She wasn't even serving me at the time. Maybe you could just answer 'yes' or 'no', next time and keep your thoughts to yourself. Not the restful service experience I'd come to know several years ago.

We regularly stop here on the way to North Wales. Always busy but clean and tidy and coffee and burger stands keep pace with demand. Our regular use shows our support

Stopped for breakfast with grandchildren. There was nothing here for breakfast for children unless you wanted a cake. The traditional English cafe food has gone and it's all chains now. Clean and tidy but not much use in the morning with children.

We stopped here to re charge ev at the petrol station. Nice snacks at the petrol station. Average price for electricity.

Absolute joke of a service station. Nothing for coeliacs to eat apart from crisps and chocolate. Had a Diet Coke for lunch. Of course they have vegan stuff everywhere. It is not a life choice to be coeliac. Do better.

I went to Burger King at 10.35 pm and I had my children with me and I could hear all the people behind at the back calling each other swearing words and a lots more besides . I had put my order on at the self order screens at the front and it took them 6 mins before I was seen and then they tried to give me second hand fries recoooked . I wanted to go to get some items from WH Smith?s and it?s closed from 1036 pm till 11.05 while they swapped over shifts and people were getting annoyed with it . We were in a big group and wanted to sit in costa but this was all sealed off for cleaning . And the Costa person did no cleaning at all . The petrol station chargers 43p a litre more than a normal one . And if you sit down the music is so loud , you can?t hear your self talk

This is a big shout out to COSTA, especially Simon who went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down at the services. He was not only kind, but helped me to register my car so that I didn't get a fine for overstaying the 2 hour time limit. He said that I only had to ask him if I needed anything else, and he'd be happy to help. This is just what I needed and Im

We stopped there on route north in our Motorhome. They supposedly have a separate stop for caravans/Motorhome, near the fuel. It was filthy dirty and full of lorries. The path into the main building is long, and to be honest if not used to lorries, dam dangerous, not least because lorries park on the path. And as usual the toilets in the main building are dirty I don?t know how much they charge for a nights stay, but I certainly would not stay there. Not sure I would want to stop there again?

Decent place to have a break. Arrived mid morning and sat at bench overlooking pond. Perfect! Free WiFi works inside main building. Disappointed that we couldn't see rubbish recycling... Everything was dumped into one bin ???

What a place. Yes you can buy something to eat or drink but what a place to ponder and rest. Especially in such wonderful circumstances

We?ve always stopped here as the facilities are excellent but when my daughter discovered- an hour later - that she?d left her phone there, a single phone call showed us how genuinely kind the staff are. They were running about searching for it and then saved it safely for our return. Thank you all for your caring service.

We used to live these services as they had a special area for caravans and Motorhomes. It was easy to walk to the cafe and have an m and s picnic at the lake. Unfortunately they no longer seem to care and the caravan area is full of lorries. The surrounding area is full of discarded bottles of urine and rubbish. Unlikely to be back
