Whilst James du Pavey do charge a premium price?that?s because they give a premium service!!?.the service that I have received has been outstanding!!, nothing has been too much trouble and I?m hard to please!!!..::I?d definitely recommend them?.thank you for helping me through this what has been a challenging journey at times?thankfully we got there in the end!! James Du Pavey have been excellent in the process of selling my property. There has been constant feedback and regular updates of the status of the house sale despite the sale having fallen through twice due to issues lower down the chain.I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

They were in constant communication with us to keep us up to date with how the chain was progressing higher up and no question we ever asked was too much trouble! The team at James du Pavey (Stone) found me a buyer in less than a month from the property going to market. I found them all great to deal with, from the initial contact through the valuation, the preparation of the particulars, the viewings and the post-offer support. I principally dealt with Catrina, Kelly and Pippa but I spoke with most of the team members at some point and I found the service pretty seamless - there?s obviously a good internal system giving them all up to date information on what?s been going on. It was a great service and I?m glad I chose them.
