We recently ordered washing machine and range cooker - Ben was excellent in giving advice and sorting installation etc as with the cooker we needed gas to be cut off as moving to induction. Installation for both was good and so handy to just pop in and ask questions. Would highly recommend.

Went into the stone branch to look for a new cooker after looking online but everywhere was 6/7 day delivery. The guy who helped me was really great , friendly and very helpful you just can't beat good customer service and even better he told me it could be delivered the next day for free. Will definitely buy from again. Sorry I didn't get the guys name but hes a credit to the company .

Called in to enquire and purchase a new tv , after a brief chat with the salesman he went off to enquire on stock levels etc unfortunately he never returned the wife and myself stood in disbelief for a good while before leaving only to spot him selling a kitchen gadget , waited again but he didn't seem interested so we left to shop elsewhere.

Last Christmas my freezer packed up. Major panic! Everywhere closed except Hylands. Purchased a freezer over the phone and two gentlemen delivered it and installed it next day. Thankfully nothing food wise was lost. Really impressed with what they did for me. So on Sunday when the washing machine gave up the ghost, Hylands were first choice. Yet again, highly delighted. New machine purchased yesterday, installed this morning by two wonderful gentlemen who even gave it a first flush through and showed me how to use it. Fabulous customer service, a rare thing these days! Can?t recommend you more highly. Well done Hylands, and thank you.
