My wife ordered a curry and she got a starter instead the delivery was very late and we called them back to see where they were after much confusion they turned up with the wrong food and then she called them back and the guy on the phone said that's what she ordered know it was not as she repeated her order to another person on the phone more than once and I was sitting beside her I've personally worked some years ago in a takeaway that served the same as flames in stone and they got her order wrong and were not so nice on the phone and on that note we shall never go back or recommend it

Food was cold ...scampi grey and over cooked like rubber ...waited over an hour for delivery ....very disappointing.

Have been ordering from here for last 7 years. Went to order a couple of days ago and order was cancelled as they claimed I lived too far away for delivery! Then when pointed out I had received deliveries in past their new excuse was road problems! What road problems? Ordered from one of their neighbouring competitives and not only did my order arrive, but it came very quickly and no problems. Will not be using Flames again.

Very underwhelmed by my Pizza and Chilli Cheese Bites, the Cheese on my Pizza wasn't even melted properly and the pizza was not very tasty. The Chilli Chesse Bites were the saving grace but by this point i regretted paying £16.50 for a very ordinary bland pizzaSadly my faith in Stone Takeaways is lost now we need a really good one to come open and raise the BarIm sure there are these that would disagree, and as long as you're happy then thatsxall that matters myself sadly its a No from me.

Website crashed while processing the order, so tried again, order went through. Only to see id been charged twice i rang they cancelled one of the orders and said i would get a refund! Still no refund and i will not reply to emails! I have been at regular at this place for years! I wont be ordering from here ever again! Bunch of thieves!!!

Ordered last week and 2nd time ive ordered a bottle of pop and it didn't get delivered and I'm still waiting for it ASAP they said ........love taking the money though never using them again stay away or if you order use just eat at least you'll get your money back !!

Broken down in a layby on the a34 in a hgv .ordered online and waited just after an hour i phoned them to see where it was and to be told they canceled my order cause of the address issues .ok i thought and went to sleep hungry then found they charged me for the food i didnt get as i payed online .still waiting for my refund !
