Ordered and paid £3.20 for a coffee and cream, only to find have no cream in stock. ?

Very recently refurbished, seems like a staff overhaul too. No trays, no napkins offered, hot drink wasn’t presented correctly (until advised), sandwich heated after drink was finished, forgot the cake… very disjointed.

I was first in today and the lady working was so polite and helpful. It got the day off to a good start.
