Popped in on Sunday (28/07/2024) for some small items and was greeted by a very rude lady server on the till. Her manner was vile and clearly in the wrong job dealing with members of the public. Won?t visit again if this person feels it best to treat customers with contempt.

Couldn't fault my experience in this shop. I often visit on a Friday making my way through to see friends in the area. Young man James on the tills is always helpful and has a keen eye for detail and avaliable discounts!

Good local co-op, usually well stocked and has everything you need when the larger Morrisons in Stone has closed.
4 self service checkouts and a free cash machine at the back (don't use the one outside!)The chippy down the road is cash only so it's useful!
Parking can be a bit tight if it's busy but usually it's easy enough to get a spot.

Using my student discount everywhere in shops - it?s called Totum and it is not free - that?s an information for people working on counters if your manager is that smart and hasn?t told you this. But here they had difficulty to apply it as it gives 10% off. In first place I was told that I can use it only with cooperative card, then he applied but didn?t offer receipt, I asked for receipt checked it and turned back to ask why discount not applied same server run away somewhere ? went to car with shopping and decided to go again, so I was told they will apply it only if I bring my shopping back. Isn?t it ridicules, I denied to carry it back and left without refund and no apology, disgusting customer service.
