I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the experience my friends and I had at your service station last night. After a long journey from Wales to England, we stopped at your station around 11 PM to refuel and use the facilities. To our absolute shock, we were informed by the staff that the toilets were locked and unavailable for use at night. This in itself is unacceptable, but the situation was made even worse by the dismissive and downright rude attitude of the attendant.
Despite it being the middle of the night and our group including women who urgently needed to use the facilities, the attendant flatly refused to unlock the toilets, stating it was a management decision. We pleaded with him, explaining the urgency, but he remained completely indifferent, showing a total lack of empathy or basic human decency.
It's beyond belief that in this day and age, a service station would refuse access to toilets, especially for women, in the dead of night. This is not just bad customer service; it's inhumane and utterly irresponsible. What kind of management makes such a heartless decision, putting people?s comfort and dignity at risk?
I demand that this matter be taken seriously and addressed immediately. Such disgraceful behaviour is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to spread the word about this horrendous experience. I strongly urge others to avoid this service station at all costs if they value basic respect and human decency.
Sort this out, or expect a flood of complaints and bad reviews. This level of service is utterly shameful.

Hello Baltika!SNAP parking.There is a voucher for food, but everything is the same as everywhere else.The night passed quietly (fuel, cargo, seal - everything was in place)Good luck everyone?

Systemic Culture of Bitching and Verbal Bullying whilst working at this Services.Mainly a lot of it between Supervisors and Management and even things like trying to Access Payslips are near on impossible.I left over 2 months ago and am still unable to Access my payslips and even receive a P45 its beyond a joke now

£2 per litre of fuel is simply unacceptable. Obviously don't care about your customers don't care about the Financial hardship that most of us are facing just charge us whatever you feel like because hey that's business right. Disgusting absolutely disgusting.

Used to be good service but prices keep going up and always seems to be closed at night with no body at the window, all the truckers now use the bushes as a toilet
