Always been more than happy with local service when I visit. Today tried phoning pharmacy to see if repeat prescription ready (a first time repeat - not sure how things work - long round trip to visit store). Phone not answered - and it seems Customer Services only have the same number as they couldn't get an answer!!!
Not expecting an instant pick-up - but, for some people, at certain times /situations, customers should be able to contact the store by phone

I walked into this branch of Boors on Monday 19th May at 17.30pm.
As I approached the automatic opening doors; they opened. I walked in, thinking fab! Its open. I walked into the makeup area. A man suddenly appeared and stated; We are closed and i want to go home! I replied, that i was sorry that i walked in, but the automated doors opened for me. So I assumed it was open until 6pm.
He said absolutely nothing else. No acknowledgement. Just looked at his phone. Ran his fingers through his head!! I thought he would have said, we're sorry we are closed and we we're just about to lock the doors.

Don?t answer the phones and closed the doors early. Will not be going there again.

I can add the same comment as other people- noone is answering the phone. People would like to check if their medicine arrived but it's hard if noone answered to thine wrought the whole day or Saturday.

Three members of staff in the store but no one answers the phone ( I tried from home three times on a Wednesday at 3.30pm when I went to the store there was no client)After ordering the same repeat medication for more than 15 years, the Pharmacy still can?t ensure that the correct amount of tablets is available for the following month!They work on 28 days rota for medication monthly (apparently too complex to alter the computer system) BUT YOU pay for a month tablets.Make your own judgment ?
