Great experience!Instructed Baystones to fit a lifestyle kitchen from Wickes. Had a few hiccups along the way with timing and Wickes mistakes but Baystones were very professional. Advised appropriately and had a team to deal with all issues in a timely manner.About to instruct to undertake further work for a full bathroom refit! The team was so polite helpful and thoughtful! Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Baystone Interiors completely reconfigured our kitchen and we couldn?t be more thrilled with it. The family run business worked patiently with ourselves and our builder to design bespoke to our quirky layout. When it came to fitting Juan is a perfectionist going above and beyond to ensure high quality and a perfect finish. The price was comparable to the well known brands but of a much higher standard. We would like to thank all the family for their hard work and fantastic service.

Very easy and efficient process from initial design to project completion. Very helpful at quotation stage, nothing was too much trouble. This continued during the installation phase and the project was completed quickly to the time scale agreed. The standard of workmanship is very high and the installation team were very tidy. A big thanks to Julie/Juan and the team for a fantastic job. Thoroughly recommend Baystone.

I can't recommend this company highly enough!! Fabulous service and gorgeous high quality products. extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From design to fitting, we were kept informed and supported. Any quetions were answered immediately and anything we needed was sorted straight away.We will definately be using them for all future projects!!!!

I now have a beautiful kitchen with everything I wanted in it!It looks wonderful and it is fully functional. It has been much admired by my friends - not that that?s why I had a new kitchen!Nothing was too much trouble and they even came out to fix a radiator that had fallen off the wall.

Well honestly look no further than Baystone Interiors, Julie made the whole process from design to ordering and delivery a seamless process. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and is always there to offer support and constantly keeps you updated throughout the process.Now for the star of the show - Juan! If you are lucky enough to have Juan to fit your kitchen I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Juan has an amazing eye for detail and an incredible worth ethic and craftsmanship skills to match. Both me and my husband could not be happier with the fitting of the kitchen; it is truly outstanding. We had our kitchen and utility room designed and installed by Baystone Interiors and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Julie incorporated everything we wanted in the design and nothing was too much trouble. Her patience was endless during the whole process and she gave great advice, additional ideas and found the perfect style of kitchen that we were looking for. Julie guided us through the process and was always on hand to chat through options like worktops or appliances. Having never purchased a new kitchen before or had any building work completed at our house, we were supported at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout and Julie and the team went above and beyond when we encountered delays - juggling their workload to ensure our project kept moving forwards.The excellent attention to detail and communication continued with installation. Juan and Mark installed our kitchen, utility and flooring. The quality of their work is outstanding and they explained any decisions that needed to be made during installation and allowed time to consider any options.Fantastic from start to finish. It is hard to convey in a review just how great this company is. Without their support and tenacity I wouldn't have my dream kitchen. After seeing some samples in store we were able to take a couple home to see them against our existing kitchen which was really helpful. Once we chose the worktops the guys came to measure up the following day and the new stone worktops were installed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption.
