Highly disappointed!!Christine Hampson's attitude comes across as arrogant, lacking any semblance of customer service skills. As an investor and professional, I am appalled by the behaviour exhibited, and it's concerning that such attitudes are tolerated among employees.

HiI was renting property through your move Estate agent at Madison court , Stoke on Trent ST6 6TU, I had done everything as one month notice, clean house and garden before leaving property.Now, owner of the property, not returning deposit money and finding excuses for the same !Don?t know how to go from here !

With any move, there is a certain expectation of the estate agent, particularly with Ian and Christine, these are part of an excellent team, that time and time again they have gone above and beyond the call of duty, I cannot thank them enough. If you ever are undecided on who to use to sell your house, surely it?s worth giving this team a try, you won?t regret it!!!
