Got to love Whights Pies... I don't live in the area any more... But when I get chance to get back to Staffordshire its the best hot pie shop.... Way better than Greggs... An the sell the best type of oatcakes... ???Happy Days.

Got there on Saturday at 2:30pm and it was already closed? Update the times or continue with bad reviews and messing people around. If you are meant to be open til 3pm then stay open til 3pm.

Good products as always with Wrights - Shame the service from the staff isn't as good.
Update 14 July 2022
Wondered if my previous review was a one off as since that review the service had improved somewhat.
Called today 14 July 2022, only to be greeted with a locked shop with staff in the building, the hours according to Google are 8am ? 4:30pm, not today, there wasn?t even a note on the window to explain why. On contacting the head office, they simply put me through to the store and nobody answered.
If Wrights products weren?t some of the best in the area, I would take my custom elsewhere. Customer service and information really needs to be worked on.

My partner had came in today ordered steak pie meat and potato pie and sasuage..... I had to throw my pie away all the filling had dried up the pasty was hard unable to eat it in the bin it went
