Prescription was written deliberately vague, presumably so I can't use it elsewhere to buy glasses with.Prescription was deemed to be "tampered with" by another glasses retailer, rendering it useless. I suspect this was intentional so I had to buy glasses from this shop.Refused to measure my pupillary distance when requestedRude and patronising staff need lessons in customer service. Suspect they make their money ripping off older customers who haven't tried other opticians.

Jackie was a wonderful pleasure to deal with, she was able to fix my glasses on the spot in minutes, they looked better than they did before I broke them! Highly recommend.

I have been going to this opticians 20 years. I have eyesight of over -10 and he can get me to read to nearly the lowest level on the eye chart. Best optometrist. He was recommended to my family by an eye surgeon.

This is a fantastic opticians . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The optician is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing and any issues he finds. I've been going to this opticians for many years and so do most of my extended family.

I've been going to this optician for many years and have taken my children too for regular check ups. The optician is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. His secretary is also very competent, helpful and great with kids. Always a warm welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
