Avoid this store!!! I have just visited Victoria road branch with my 3 children age 4 and under. All the trolleys needed £1 so when I went in to ask there were 3 members off staff the one who spoke to me was a small in height brunette she was the most unhelpful person in a shop I have ever met!!!! There were no solutions I asked if I could buy something to get a £1 back I was the one coming up with the suggestions she didn't offer any help just kept saying nothing we can do! Nothing we can do! She didn't even ask what was it I needed and maybe come up with a solution to get it to my car. With 3 small children absolutely disgusting I will never step foot in this store again!

Not too bad of a shop and paint prices reasonable. They do mix colours but only have Dulux machine and can find cheaper mixed elsewhere. But for the Wickes home brand it's cheap. Only brought white for a client's ceiling and tried to get a colour- which is no longer available to buy? rather odd. Have plenty of stock available. Sells all types of stuff from plasterboard, wood, kitchens bathrooms ect.

Watch where you park on wickes at FentonStoke-on-Trent, you will get a parking ticket, for not been in the white lines, will not use again

Gets 3 stars for the choice of stuff and the young blonde girl on reception who had a Ops Manager tag and a guy in his 50s who helped me in the joinery section. Poor girl was trying to serve, price check and do everything on her own. There was a man with a beard and a woman in Wickes clobber sat outside the front door smoking and then 3 other members of staff came in with food from the shop across the road. Heating was on full blast and was too hot from the gas blowers above. Bit of an odd experience if I'm honest, Wickes wont survive with so many staff doing nowt and gas being blown away like that.

Good size store well stocked. Miserable woman on tills today around 50-60 years of age no greetings and I thanked her and nothing. How hard is it to do that job?? Store good Staff very poor.
