Everything crammed together in no particular order, modeling magazines in 3 different sections. No organisation or order to this shop. Staff seem completely clueless, if you want a mag or book it's best to go in the day after release as they are very slow at getting the new products on the shelf.

whsmith Hanley, possibly the most useless post office in the uk, no wonder other services are prospering, no staff, no idea, ridiculous waiting time 35 mins to collect a parcel.

Important to note that this Smith's has a post office and a photo kiosk inside. Very useful.

Good branch of WHSmiths that sell books, DVDs and all the usual stationary, news and mags. Sell lottery and scratchcards.

Whsmith has always got a lot of choice but it's very expensive in comparison for the same item at Asda. For instance, Mitsubishi pens.

Terrible customer service! I was waiting, but there wasn't a queue, the lady was doing something els, I've asked about free book with McDonald's voucher, and the lady told me that they don't have any and stopped speaking with me! I've tried to ask her something but she made her self busy with her college. If I have a voucher I'm not a client or that's the way to be served hire?!
