The reception team are lovely and really do their best but getting to speak to them is a nightmare..I was ringing this morning from 8.10, waited from 17th in the queue to number 4, 20 minutes, to then be cut off!! Tried again, waited from position 7, got through relatively quickly only to be told no appts left!! When I queried being cut off I was told that's what happens when there are more than 20 people in the phone queue. Really? If £10000 has been spent on a new phone system I wouldn't expect that. Agreed I would try again tomorrow, let's see what happens,

If you have ever tried to contact this surgery by telephone you will share the same frustration as I do. I called the surgery on Friday 13th October mid morning not first thing. I was number 18 in the queue to be answered. Over 25 minutes later I did speak eventually with a receptionist. I've called the surgery today at 10:29 Monday 16th October. I was number 10 in the queue. Waited over 30 minutes before I spoke with a receptionist. I enquired about the telephone service or lack of it. Was told they have spent £10,000 on a new telephone system. Told her they'd wasted their money. Was told they have 8,500 patients and should have 4 staff on the phones. At the time I called they had two. They can't have over eight thousand patients calling at the same time.All the receptionists are lovely. But something seriously needs doing to improve contacting this surgery.

It's a busy practice but staff and doctors are very pleasant and do their very best to help, I m pleased with the service

I called at 0801hrs had to listen to a recorded msg for nearly 2 minutes to then be informed that all lines are full to capacity and I should call back later the call was then disconnected absolute disgrace

Absolutely lovely staff! I have long term medical problems, and the 4 years that I've been with the surgery I've not had a problem seeing a dr on some occassions on the same day!Most surgeries today patients have problems getting through on the phone so why should ours be any different. This problem is throughout the uk so cut them a bit of slack they are doing their best!

Medical care of my father in law is atrocious. He has been in significant pain for 12 months, no referral to pain management clinic and still no appropriate medication. I would not recommend this surgery. I am a registered nurse.

When I have had a problem I have phoned the surgery and have had a ringback from the Doctor. If needed have been given appointment to be seen by him. If needed he has referred me on to the hospital. It was dealt with quite quickly. I am very satisfied with the service I have received by this surgery. The receptionists are very helpful considering they work under alot.of pressure to satisfy the patients needs. All in all have no complaints very satisfied with the service.

This surgery is an absolute joke. There is lack of organisation and communication. The ladies behind the reception desk dont know even what they do. For printing a single document, which they actually told me is already printed takes them 10 minutes. No surprise why they are always people waiting at the reception ti be served or book an app as you cant get through on the phone
