Unprofessional staff. Several visits I?ve heard staff gossiping about patients requests or conditions. Acting like they are the key holders to the medicine, dictating what they will and won?t do regardless of government guidelines whilst acting a bit elitist about their role. Whenever they don?t have a full script, which is usual they blame the Dr. They blame someone else. It would be fun to see the cctv of the back when they are discussing peoples private matters. It would be funnier if it was reported for confidentiality they clearly disregard.

Really adverse to do what they are supposed to do to ease the doctor?s workload. They get paid by the government to do something and they refuse to do it here.

What a fabulous pharmacy. Well pharmacy Biddulph Road. Chell.A fantastic bunch of ladies.In these changed times, when pharmacies are under pressure like never before, this pharmacy excels. They may not always have the answer you want to hear immediately, but will endeavour to do everything they can, to help you & frequently put themselves out, to sort things out for you.The ladies will always come back to you, if they are not able to deal with a particular request straight away.They all work so hard, from Sarah the main pharmacist, to Joanne & Becky & the newer members of staff.A credit to the community.Thank you to each & everyone of you for your pleasant & professional customer service & positive attitude & for all the care you give to your customers every day. We would be lost without you.

This one good pharmacy has become a nightmare. Repeat prescription? What prescription? Every single month the same thing! No medication. I have to pay & have the 3 month cover but I never get three lots of medication because of the staff incompetence. Constantly having to wait for heavy medication I require to carry on working. It's no joke paying for this supposed free NHS system we have, where the workers have to keep paying but getting the worst treatment. If you work & pay, your treated like second class at this place. So long as the regular scroungers get theirs on time. I'm sick of the whole system. Formal complaint coming as yet again my repeat prescription not been done & they just shrug their pathetic shoulders because they would never think of actually trying find out WHY NOT!
