Took my daughter today for a a half a assessment, turns out my daughter had a ear infection in both ears and the practioner only checked 1 hear. Didn't do a temperature check which is ment be done as the assessment. Then she advised antibiotics which the chemist didn't have. I had go to another chemist and repeat the whole process. Thankfully my daughter on antibiotics now. Wells didn't do a full assessment as part of the services they offer and this isn't there first time they don't have prescribed medication in.

Awful service. The older lady on the phones was rude and very unhelpful. Raising her voice towards me on the phone, I asked for her name to report her and she put the phone down. From other reviews they?ve also experienced her ?charm? - she should loose her job before you loose any more customers.

Very rude staff, they talk down to you and treat you like something stepped in. Not helpful at all, was forced to go elsewhere for my prescription. Will be moving pharmacy

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Poor service, bad attitude & unhelpful. I was denied antibiotics as the prescription didn't say capsules even though she 'assumed' that it would be as it was for a dental issue. I was told to return to my dentist to get them to write it on. Went to another pharmacy and had no issues or questions asked. Jobs worth.

Some of the staff are very helpful and will go the extra mile for you. It's only a small shop, but I find if I visit late morning or afternoon, it's less busy. Would recommend.

Tried to tell me that my repeat prescription was cancelled due to me being late collecting? Complete lie. Rude service and staff are incompetent.

Considering the people who work there are degree level education, they have no idea how a phone works. Always complain about next door surgery, surgery complains about them, you as a patient and customer end up in the middle frustrated and annoyed. Rude attitudes, talk extremely loudly in front of customers, even about customers who are there and their medication and not general chat, gossip like talk. I absolutely hate having to go this pharmacy.

My only complaint, which is a huge annoyance? is that this pharmacy literally never answers the phone. You can ring each hour of the day and it will go unanswered. I do not want to waste my time walking to the pharmacy for the potential possibility that the prescription I need is not ready. I understand that it can be busy, but literally, every hour of the day? nobody answers that phone.
