My prescription was authorised two days ago and yesterday I was told to wait until today to collect by this chemist. I ran out of a few of my various medications yesterday so haven?t had any of these today. Went to the chemist as instructed today but still it isn?t ready and was told to go back at 5.30pm. They close at 6pm and I?m not convinced it will be ready then either judging by the relaxed attitude of the woman on the counter who doesn?t seem fazed by the fact that a patient hasn?t had vital medication, so what happens if it?s not ready by close of business and I have to wait another day??? They say to wait for a text but the nature of my medication can?t rely on this kind of system where I?m sat wondering if I?m going to get it or not, they have their massive warehouse full of the stuff across the road so I struggle to see why they can have a prescription for two days before I dangerously run out. It?s not like they are struggling to get a certain medication, the whole prescription just hasn?t been done and my health can?t afford to miss any, I?m going to go back to the chemist that I was with before
Update: After being told to go back at 5.30 my daughter in law went to collect it for me only to be scolded by the dark haired snappy lady on the counter, she said that I should have waited for a text message and that it wasn?t ready! This was at 5.45 bearing in mind they close at six so basically I still wouldn?t have had my much needed medication until the next day. Absolutely shocking service and in desperate need of some manners

I had a big prescription ordered by my doctor. My asthma is very bad at the moment. I went to collect my medication on Thursday. Collected it, went home, they forgotten to include a batch of pills and they said they don't have the inhaler I need. And that they'd text me when they get it.
So I had to go back to collect the medication they'd forgotten to include, and I'm still waiting for my inhaler and it's now Saturday. I need that inhaler desperately. They are risking me having an asthma attack.

Don't ever use this chemist, I have been waiting for a prescription for a week and there response is that they have only just got it, but speaking to the doctors they've had it a week. They aren't worth the star.

Ignored the queues, made me wait 15 minutes before even taking my prescription, forgot about me while they ignored the rest of the queue. It was that bad that it was almost comical! They weren?t busy when I walked in, but wondered around like lost farts while I stood there?then the guy asked me if I was being served!!! ??? Jesus he knew I wasn?t being served because he walked by me about 10 times before he even spoke to me! Good job I wasn?t waiting for pain medication for a bad back?..oh hang on?.. yes, yes I was! They then forgot about me while they served everyone else at snails pace! I eventually got out of the shop 35 minutes later. Good Job they?re open til 10! They need the extra hours to wind themselves up!

DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO GET A EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION EVEN IF YOU HAVE A REPEAT ON IT.. I'VE BEEN FOBBED OFF TWICE BEFORE BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A REPEAT SO THEY SAY.. BUT WHEN MY MEDICATION IS ON REPEAT THEY STILL TRY AND FOB YOU OFF.. I WAS TAKEN POORLY BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T SORT AN EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION OUT LAST TIME BUT THIS TIME I'VE MADE SURE THEY HAVE DONE ME ONE.. PLUS THEY SAY THEY'RE OPEN SATURDAY BUT WHEN I WENT THEY WERE CLOSED AND NO EXPLANATION ALSO SEEN OTHER REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME...

This place always seem to have problems and never deliver the right medicine on time. When you phone them, they do not listen and try to pass the blame. I would not recommend using these if you want the correct prescription delivered on time.
