This is the worst chemist. I have my tablets delivered and there is always something missing. When you ring up they say I have had them. This is very frustrating and it's not acceptable. I tried pharmacy 2 U and they don't get my tablets right either.

Very poor, first time visiting this pharmacy and it will be the last. Booked an appointment for a Covid booster through the nhs app over a week ago only to arrive for my appointment to be told they hadn?t got any. I could understand it if I was just popping in on the off chance but I?d made an appointment. Hopeless service

Lovely chemist, the pharmacist was brilliant, I went in for a medical issue and came out completely satisfied the staff answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.

Fantastic pharmacy. The staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell they work really hard. Always has what I need, the staff work efficiently, always with a smile on their faces. Will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone ?

Never had any issues at the pharmacy any meds any prescriptions I need are on time and if there?s ever a wait it?s only short , shop always looks clean and everything in a good place, staff are very friendly and welcoming on arrival.

Went in on Friday to pick up my prescription, not been ordered according to the Tunstall surgery, the Pharmacy said they had ordered it last week so who is lying? I am 75 so have to get someone to take me to pick it up, the manageress said I could have 2 of the ones I run out of on Saturday & the other's should be ready on Monday, I get 2 month's supplies so I only need to go 6 time in a year so it should be easier to administer for them as well as myself. Just hope it's ready on Monday as I need my Epilepsy tablets.
This chemist use to be very good, poor service now.

Went in for my mothers prescription which had not been delivered waited half an hour while they looked through the many boxes scattered all over the place they eventually found it half done, maybe if they kept the same staff instead of changing them every other day it wouldn't be such a circus
