Tried on many times to call the chemist, just rings out. No answer. Asked for a repeat prescription, not heard anything in over a week. Called my Drs to check it?s been actioned, as I couldn?t get in touch with the chemist. Drs confirmed they had NOT received the request. I did try and go to the chemist before calling the Drs but there were closed on Saturday morning. I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly rude pharmacist - towards customers and her colleagues too. There always seems to be one issue or another when I go to pick up a prescription (at no fault of my own). I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was possible.

Very poor phobe etquette. Refused to help with an emergency prescription from 111 they could see how poorly I was. Now sat in A&E.

Staff don't know how to operate the system makeung people medication up day prior for people to pick up and refuse to make some medication unless person is there and make them wait 40 mins to hlone hour which can be avoided

If possible, based on my experience, I would avoid using this pharmacy. There are quite often long queues to get into the shop with lengthy waits for most services. The pharmacist is often late in opening shop in the morning . Other local pharmacies have provided much better services, in my experience.
