A patient must?ve shared my phone number for prescription collection reminders and this pharmacy keeps ringing my home phone at all times of day and night for me to listen. Rang the pharmacy to rectify and the madam who answered was very rude said theres not much they can do then as I was talking put the phone down in me and completely ignored me.

I went Lodon rd pharmacy yesterday. For a repeat prescription after 5 mins told have to wait another 5mins. I have not been given a repeat prescription with my med delivery for 4 to 5 months why

Very bad avoid iv had multiple times where my medication hasn't been delivered due to my illness find it hard to get out so have had to suffer through seizures instead

wouldn't recommend, wouldn't dispense a basic ventolin inhaler which ive had for 15years+ from lloyds who shut down inside sainsburys. instead given a different brand, a brand that i used as a child. which is like spraying water not vapour. was told i had to get my dotor to specifically put ventolin inhaler on prescription but doctor said its between me and pharamcy. so ive gone back to lloyds, i prefer to travel there, than deal with these. honestly an absolute nightmare. oh and very long waiting times...

Worst pharmacy!!!Always have to go 2-3 times to get prescription.Today my son was very ill so I thought I would call before going to pharmacy to avoid wait. They said it?s ready for collection in 10 minutes. I went after an hour and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes. Then they said it?s out of stock!!!Never going there ever! And don?t recommend anyone!
