What a joke massive waits for 30 mins to pick up an item as you have to wait for people to do new phone contracts....you should have someone to do quicker services when items are ordered online. Poor customer service

Went in to collect an order a bit too early, spoke to Ryan one of the sales advisors who was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and showed he was very knowledgeable of his job. Great customer service skills across staff

Returned to this store on Saturday 2nd March 2024, to ask them to show me 5G working on the mobile phone I had previously purchased on 24th August 2022, supposedly 5G and with a 5G contract, they said "tell me why you need 5G when 4G is working fine on it" and "why has it taken you 18 months to bring it back!"I said I needed 5G because I had been paying for it for 18 months, True Honestly Terry Allen.

The young man who helped us with my phone was amazing he was so helpful and really knew his stuff , was there last year with the same problem and another young man helped us out then too ,it's a shame Vodafone is so rubbish but it's staff are brilliant

The young man who helped me was amazing. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. He took the time to show me exactly what I needed to do,and saved me £10 a month into the bargain. I'm more than thrilled. I've been with Vodafone for years, and fully intend to stay.
