Went for an appointment on the 4th of May, was very quick and easy, all the staff were incredibly helpful, especially a lovely red-headed lady who helped me find an affordable style of glasses and has had them made quickly! Cannot recommend the staff here enough!

One of the best branches with amazing workers. Always are so welcoming and helpful, they never make you feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. A family member of mine finds it very difficult in going out in to the public and specially for appointments and check ups walking in a busy environment however they feel so comfortable going to this branch in tesco because the workers are amazing ?. We have been to a different branch in hanley and they didn't feel comfortable at all neither did I. Thank you to tesco hanley vision express team for being so amazing.

Unfortunately, I have to give one start, otherwise will give zero. Have been calling them to collect my daughter's glasses for the last 3 days. No will answer phone. Does not matter you call them in the morning or afternoon. I am a person who will give benefit of doubt and to do that I called 12 times. Absolutelty bad exerience. Will never use their services again. My daughter got a headache possibly due to not having glasses but it does not make any difference to these duys. The only reason to decide to get glasses from these people was that they have store in Tesco, though they will have more accountability. Just make a complaint at their headoffice main customer services. The gentle was very helpful there.

I took my mother to this store for an eye test, she is 90 years old, uses a wheelchair and has dementia. Both the optician and the staff were excellent, very professional, friendly and caring. Will definitely recommend.
