Victoria carpets fitted new carpets to my daughter's house this week. They arrived late and the staff were miserable. They complained that it was not their job to move furniture in order to fit the carpets, and then began dragging furniture slovenly across the floor, breaking the leg off a £1,000 dining table. They also damaged the skirting boards. When we complained they denied it and called my daughter a liar. We definitely would NOT recommend them.
