Had a lovely experience with Claire yesterday at this branch when dealing with a bereavement. All sorted with a smile and a few recommendations if I?d like to switch no pressure. Fortunately will be switching after a day to think as had issues the next day with Halifax nearby which isn?t the first time.

Extremely poor service would score zero if i could went in to open savings account for grand children and tried to advise me to open accounts i wasnt allowed to, or even want had no idea of what their products were will be switching banks

Very rude and unhelpful staff in this Branch . Called in yesterday as in of their cash point mashines outside swallowed my bank card.Inside was 3 ladies one busy with business customers one at the main till and I?m guessing manager behind blocked windows. waited at least 30 minutes whilst the lady on till was serving one customer in a super slow manner and watching the queve as dough telling people leave !!! So they did 2 customers behind me decided to not wait in the queve and left I then stated to get anxious as I was late for work and wanted to report that their mashine swallowed my bank card .Sudenlly the manager called Claire came over and approached me without even saying hello she said what are you waiting for !! She shouted at me in a super rude manners . I said my bank card was swallowed she said it?s not our problem it?s your Lloyds bank asked us to take a card from you and she said I am busy and left.I then run to my local Lloyds bank and a cashier said this is absurd we did not ask to take your card . Then I went back to tsb and none of the workers was interested to help me whatsoever! Avoid this bank please as you are not wanted in premises I am so happy I am not with your bank !

Thoroughly unsatisfactory. The alternate staff l was directed to interface with had a mind set already made up. Ruined my week entirely.

Absolutely disgusting. Been a customer of tsb bank for 12 years. Never has my account gone into arrears. Always paid my direct debits and loans on time and they say I'm not eligible for extra borrowing or an overdraft. Once my loan is paid of I will be moving banksThat's what you get for being a customer of 12 years since I left school

Probably the only TSB branch in the city, however cannot fault the staff. A few months ago a transaction flagged up on the fraud department as as a result my card was blocked, had to provide ID before block was removed. It was quickly dealt with the staff here.. Shame the fraud department take so long to answer the phone though.Also be weary of using the cash machine outside. There has been times where someone sleeping rough has sat outside the cash point begging for money, this can unnerve some people and put people off from using the machines. But rest assure there are plenty of machines which can be used inside for peace of mind if you prefer

Awful Saturday experience. No cashier. Machine ate my money as an error. Had to wait 15 minutes for it to be released. Then they offered to do it manually
