Very poor service, ordered, materials for delivery. Rang to enquire about delivery and was told it was on its way.Waited till 5 and no delivery,Rang the next day to find out what happened and spoke to the branch manager who said he would get it out to me straight away.Waited all day for nothing to turn up.Cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere.Would have given 0 stars but unable to do soIt says a lot about a companies customer service when the branch manager is prepared to lie and let customers down

I called in and was not sure what product they sold, that would be suitable. The sales staff were very patient and spent several minutes checking the weight that could drive over the drain cover that I needed. The previous covers supplied by the housing developer were plastic and had broken twice. I'm happy that I was able to buy three at the time of my visit. They were good value and another member of staff brought them to my car and loaded them. Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Excellent service, materials were delivered on date as stated. The delivery driver was brilliant & very helpful with the unloading & placement of the material. I think his name was Simon,thanks once again.
