Disappointing customer service. The staff did not know what she was doing, not helpful and rude attitude.Now before you copy and paste your reply to answer every negative feedback on here, yes I did send emails to your company and no one got back. So why not start with improving your customer service here by training your staff better or hiring someone else?

Awful customer service, the staff (short haired lady) doesn't know what she is doing and is very unhelpful. Im here to buy some products at your store, not asking for your charity. You're hired to do your job and you can't even do it politely.
