After going into this store the other day, I found the staff very helpful and friendly..
I went in blind unsure of which brand to get, but the sale assistant took his time in explaining the pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable.

Bought product in wrong store. They can't change it for another store. Money freezed 3-5 days even if it's Uk to Uk bank.
Call central takes 30-40 mins to reach someone, and it was cut off once. Terrible service, very unsatisfying
