We arrived at this carvery and told them that we booked through Wowcher and it?s all paid for minus the drinks which if I?m being honest we didn?t realise. The server confirmed that our details were on the system so we got our meal and pudding. We then left and was half way home to receiving a phone call from the manager ( I assume ) saying we had not paid for our meal or shown our Wowcher code. Her tone on the phone was very unpleasant and unprofessional just like it was in person when we came back to the restraunt. We couldn?t understand why she had not asked us to pay before our meal like everybody else was if that was the case but instead told us that?s not the policy. I understand we have a Wowcher deal so things may a bit differently to everybody else however I think in future it may be beneficial to change this policy so you check Wowcher codes and make people pay there bill before they eat to prevent confusion going forward.

Food was fine. Service was slow though and our cups of tea were lukewarm. I wasn't hungry and asked if I could just have a children's dessert, but the waitress was curt in telling me no, I couldn't order off the kid's menu. Not the best experience.

Been here quite a few times but today it was terrible. The female chef carving the meat was terrible. I saw one lady ask for pork and turkey and chef cut her one tiny thin slither of each and chucked em on her plate. I asked for a king size and she still only tried to put me 2 little pieces of beef on my plate. Had to say excuse me I'm paying for a king size not a child's portion. And if looks could kill I wouldn't be writing this review right now. This was dinner time today. If I go again and see her carving I'll be walking right back out and going elsewhere. Brilliant all you can eat breakfast.Been using this place for years and never had a problem.
Anyway on my last visit I didn't notice the Euro Car Parks signs and ended up with a £60 parking fine.
Because it's a fairly new thing I think the restaurant should be making customers aware of the new parking restrictions.
I don't think I go back again, Cheap Breakfast ?
Whetherspoon next time.

We have been a few times now for the carvery and have had a good experience each time. Efficiently run by friendly staff.
Parking: There is free parking on site but make sure you enter your car Reg when you go in or else you will get a fine.

Small portions with meat, I always have some of the turkey skin but they're not allowed to serve it anymore because of a choking hazard apparently ? good job I ordered the refillable drink because I needed it to get those dry roast potatoes down, poor options for veg, some carrots and green beans with the inners taken out ? doesn't seem to be any good carveries around. They could make alot of money if they put some pride into their cooking.
