Love this store however always short of staff, staff are rude and unhelpful queues always long. Crewe store is no different except they?re more quicker at servicing customers. Do have habit pushing customer out of the way to stick shelves. They don?t seem to know you don?t push customers to stick the shelves especially when they?re first or close aisle to stock shelves during business hours. Common sense would go and long way and some training as well as customer service.

The interaction I had was with a blonde older lady. After insulting me and my family, she continued to make comments to other staff members whilst we were present. So rude. Should not work within customer service.

I just want to take a moment to shout out Jon, the manager at [Hanley TK]. He recently helped my partner revamp his wardrobe with some amazing new outfits! Jon has a fantastic eye for style and was able to find pieces that not only fit perfectly but also suited my partner's taste incredibly well.

Guys, today I visited TK Maxx with my wife. My wife wants to try two jeans. When I'm going with her in the trial room. The lady stands there in the fitting area She doesn't allow me to go with my wife. After 5 minutes she was allowed to another couple because of body colour. That's racist things going on TK Maxx. I purchased it many times from TK Maxx. But this time I feel I'm not in a safe place. This is discrimination place now.

I bought some guess shoes worth £49.99 at this store and pointed out that there were black smudges around the bottom white sides of the shoes at the sale counter.
The female staff's response replied that I should be able to clean the black smudges off the shoes myself and that she was not going to reduce the price of the shoes.
I have made a complaint to headoffice about the staffs customer service before and now this is the final straw. I will not be shopping at that store ever again. Can you imagine being told to clean something yourself that you are buying from a store. Who does that ?
