Ordered for the first time for valentine's day. Expensive as expected and roses were nice but bouquet felt relatively low effort and basic despite additional instructions provided. Delivery was prompt and as agreed.

I ordered 2 sprays of white and green foliage flowers to collect at 9am sharp as we had to leave Stoke as early as possible to attend a funeral in Liverpool that morning. When I arrived at the Rose Bowl, I struggled to get into the front entrance and had to knock to attract the assistant's attention as the shop seemed to be closed. I was informed that the door was just stiff and would not open properly. Next, I informed the assistant that I was there to collect the 2 sprays and was informed that only one spray had been made and that she would need to check the order (pre-paid almost one week earlier) to make sure. The assistant realised the had been an error and said that she would ask the florist if she had time to make up another spray which would take approximately 10 minutes to do which I obviously agreed to as it was too late to source an alternative at that late stage. I then had to ask for the cards to accompany the flowers and was handed 2 cards with bright orange sunflowers for funeral flowers and when I asked for something more appropriate, I was told that they didn't really have anything else. The florist then went into the back of the shop and came back with 4 alternative and more suitable cards but should there really have been a need to ask in the first place. Also, although the florist did apologise, I felt that it was half-hearted an insincere when she said, "yeah, sorry about that, it was manic in here on Saturday". How busy you are is irrelevant to me. I agree and understand that mistakes happen and we all make them. Just own the mistake and if you're going to apologise, please make it sound sincere at least. At a time of bereavement, I would have expected to have been treated with a level of caring and compassion and was disappointed overall with my experience and the poor level of service I received on this occasion.

I want to thank The Rose Bowl for doing our flowers for our wedding day. When they arrived in the morning I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful they were - they really captured exactly what I was looking for and the colours were perfect! I could not have been more pleased with the result and kept getting comments all day saying how gorgeous they were. Thank you so much!

This review is long overdue!I went here to buy a bouquet of flowers as a thank you to somebody. I had no real idea about what flowers or colours I wanted. I told the lady that I had £30 to spend on them. She ran through some options, I went for pastel colours and left the rest to the improvisation of the florist. All I can say is that the end result was "WOW!!". I was more than impressed, the flowers were stunningly beautiful and so skillfully arranged. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody looking to buy flowers.

My husband bought me an arrangement for my birthday which was 2 days ago. The packaging was lovely but very disappointed with the amount of flowers in it. Hardly enough to fill a vase. Seems like the 50.00 was spent on cardboard and labour definitely not on the flowers.

Despite doing a late order, this Company excelled. Beautiful arrangement and very helpful staff. I would seriously recommend this Shop to anyone near and far. I am the far from Scotland.
