Great selection of household products; clean shopfloor and helpful staff. Car park only negative as its a bit tight and does gets full. Ok for smaller cars in my opinion...

Great Shop great prices. It?s early January 2025 and it?s bloody cold in the store. Wrap up well if you?re coming to shop. Still a great shop and brill prices, but almost hyperthermic inducing cold.

Sort out your stock control, place an order for 2 items for collection and it is cancelled due to not having the item. I have never had an issue with Amazon, cheaper and next day delivery with Prime. It is about time your management team realise that you will go bankrupt if you don't invest in your systems. You were quick to take my money, and I now have to wait for refund to be processed.

This store has a good car park and is easy to reach. I like the idea offered by the Range but I do find its layout confusing. When I know what I want I often have to search for it amongst the very tall shelving racks. On this occasion I decided to ask one of the assistants, who was stacking shelves, he told me where to look for my item but his attitude was "couldn't care less". I then joined a very slow moving queue at the tills. To be honest it wasn't a pleasant shopping experience.

Boxes everywhere no staff on the tills ques very long scruffy untidy not what you expect. Unlike Rhyl branch . That was completely opposite
