So many empty shops in the Potteries Centre that it seems a waste of time to visit. If it wasnt for Primark I wouldnt bother. I used to catch the bus in but I'm a bit scared to walk from the bus station to the shops because of the amount of homeless and drug takers asking for money.i now adk someone to drive me in

Great place for all your shopping needs if it's Christmas, birthdays or any other occasion. The markets on the bottom level are worth a mooch around too. Its worth a day out for shopping.

It's ok, but lots of shop's have closed down, it's clean and tidy, but really needs more high quality shops.

The best shop i found was a lovely shoe shop with lovely, quality shoes and bags. I was very shocked to see how cheap the shoes were and brought a lovely grey pair of boots. I think the shop was called Jeff bains. Also, me and my mum were hungry and found a cafe at the bottom in the market, right at the back in the corner. They sold homemade Lobby with warm roll, hot beef/Turkey and Stuffing/pork and stuffing bap with gravy and roast potatoes. Lot's of delicious cakes, sunday roast , i could go on. Was really tasty and i will be going back.

Shame most of the shops in the market are closing down now. It use to be a great place to take the kids. The shopping centre has changed over the years so much hmv was once the largest in the area, now it's just a small corner piece in the top part of the center. Still has Ann summers in there but never has anyone in itm

Parking... Expensive for a showing day out and confusing to get to the shops AND pay machine does not give confirmation of payment.Lots of shops. But none had the things I'd seen online that I needed.Had a generally dull feeling. Sorry. And only one set of toilets for such a large place means you better plan well lol.Glad to see it was not all empty like many shopping malls now. But wouldn't go out of my way to visit this particular one.

I still love the potteries being my childhood shopping centre. It's a shame the old food court is gone had a brilliant burger king and such. I attended recently and the centre is clean and tidy. I enjoyed it but a shame seeing some empty units post Corona virus.

The Potteries Centre is great. Yes, a number of big shops have closed down/left and it's not as busy as it "used to be" but there are some great shops in it still and if you don't visit and spend money, more shops will close. So go!

Quite a nice place been here today with my wife we would grade this shopping centre on scale and as a whole the city of Stoke 6.5. urgent appeal to City Council do not make the same mistake as City Council did in Wrexam this city on the verge of being neglected lack of development ,management, govern this city might this City share the same fate as Wrexam did for own wish.Octagon much better and hopefully new developments on the way.Hopefully this review to be treated like an early wake up call.Maggie&Piotr Manchester
