Stopped for one night camping. Ate dinner and breakfast at the pub. Really friendly staff, food was really nice, service was excellent. Facilities were clean. Would definitely return in the future.

Great atmosphere, great service. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food served promptly and hot. Outside seating with a lovely spacious beer garden with a play area for the kids.

Nice Pub, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, and the manager was fantastic, only stayed there one night, we were going to stay longer in our motorhome. but something came up and we had to leave early, unfortunately never got to taste the Pub grub, as it was getting late, but it smelt nice, Pub and the Campsite was absolutely heaving.

Just back from a great 1 week stay , close to alton towers which was great for the kids we got a 3 month pass so they could go every day . Food and hospitality was amazing at The new broom already booked a return trip end October

Best carvery I've seen served in years. Fantastic selection. Excellent service. The pub feels clean and fresh high hygiene standards all round winner will recommend too freinds and family. Also excellent for families with children of all ages 10 out of 10.

The owners were very welcoming on arrival. We used the campsite for one night; it has nice, clean grass pitches with electric hookups. We were a little late for the food, but the owner let us take what we wanted off the menu, which we appreciated. The food was very nice, and the staff were very friendly.

Was looking for somewhere to stay to get away for Father?s Day at short notice with my 8 year old daughter. Having a pub next door was ideal as didn?t need to do all the usual food prep if camping.
Saturday night had 2 good pints and ham egg and chips. The home cooked chips were the best I?ve ever had. Ham spot on too.
I was back in the pub Sunday morning for a full English. As you can see from the picture was top draw!!! The food well worth the wait. You can?t have fresh home cooked food and instant service.
Also put 5 star on the location as yes it was next to a main road, but guess what I knew that because I looked at a flipping map before I booked it!
The staff were all great. You can tell the family give it their all. Well done.

Ideal camping spot for alton towers. Road noise can be loud if your tent is by the road, which meant our sleep wasn't ideal. Very accommodating owner. Very please overall
