My day has been eventful to say the least, Time was running out to collect my order so I called the Longton tesco extra letting them know I was delayed.
Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent.
I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track.
Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets.
She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service.
I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award.

I have been really unhappy when doing shopping recently. Both me and my partner work overtime and tend to do our shopping around 11pm. Can?t even buy a pack of energy drinks alongside other shopping with my 29 year old ID because my partner who clearly looks older than me with a beard and being over 30 didn?t have his ID (which he never needs in other shops because he just doesn?t look 25 anymore ?) there is this older bigger woman who seems to enjoy making customers unhappy working late shifts, if we weren?t in a rush I would have left the shopping and went to Asda instead which I will be doing from now on! Can?t believe I couldn?t buy energy drinks with an ID

Very big and lots of different items can be bought here. Free parking also does have free charging for electric cars

Outside is full of homeless people begging. Looking like they just came from a pig farm. Car park spaces are made for mini's, just take 2 spaces up because there is no enforcement on there.
Full of shop lifters, staff and security policies are done touch them, just let them go, security will pull over the honest people and turn away from the ones who take.

Tesco has gone up in price a lot over the last year. I go to Aldi or Lidl it's much cheaper.

Just popped into Tesco for a bottle of wine,for a present. Don?t know much about wine, but Dave McDonald, who works there, took time to help me out, even though, the alcohol section wasn?t his section. Very helpful and polite gentleman. Big thank you Dave. Much appreciated your time and help.

I recently visited Tesco Extra and was impressed by the wide variety of products available. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience .
