As a 16 year old who struggles with Anxiety I get really nervous about asking people things I should know. However, at around 8:27am I needed some directions and a really nice lady was very helpful and took her time which I really appreciated.

I use this store quite a lot and find that the trolleys used to restock are always in the way and the staff re-stocking think they own the aisles and that we're just an inconvenience

I'm happy to visit this store and have on occasions needed help with reaching stock,if staff are close and they see me they offer help and are glad to aid.T.Express is an asset to the Hartshill area. 4star . Ps. That's not a joke

Plenty time I shopped here. Always happy. ButOn 7.11 at 23.18 I paid cash in the cash counter with tesco club card ending with ... 7146.While I was in the counter unattended for a while then requested one of the staff that I want to pay. No one bothered to attend. Then second time I drew their attention. Instead the staff I requested he forwarded my message to a third person. Who came with no smile. And started paking I would say throwing in the bag. Not even thinking that the eggs can break. After paying no thanks not even ask me if I need the receipt or not. No smiles no thanks...rather I bade him thanks and goodbye.I felt myself as I am struggling and he saved me. So far he is named Festin ..

Turned away for fuel just before midnight after I'd put my card in to pay at pump only to be shouted at from the door that they are closed and should have shut the pumps off 15 minutes before they closed when I asked if possible to get some fuel becuase I had virtually none I the tank to get me home I told sorry can't help you what happen to customer service and common decency to help people

Used yesterday 17/7/22 it will be the last time.Aisles grid locked with cages of food,fidge doors not working so all left open which isn't great.The staff member who served us,rude is an understatement it was obvious he really didn't want to be there let alone having to serve any customers. We weren't asked for our club card and he didn't even give us a chance to offer it up,he then got rather shirty when we questioned the amount and the non usageof clubcard.We were eventually given a the clubcard price refund,the clubcard was never accepted and no clubcard points were received.It seems to me that they really don't know what they are doing in there and they don't really care either.Customers are just an inconvenience to them.
