This new refurbishment is ridiculous, products are scarce and it?s difficult to find what you want. the prices have also increased a massive amount. Used to be a fantastic shop. The staff are either nice or rude no in between. Would?ve have been 4 stars a few years ago

Usual supermarket experience but don't bother with scan and shop as I've been stopped for checking 4 times in 6 visits. Don't think I look that suspicious (!), but there does seem to be a permanent purge on. Presumably the system is so open to abuse, it needs to be constantly monitored.

The click and collect is super easy and have friendly staff too and always manage to get what I ordered without too many subs :)

Today and a few days earlier i had two negative experiences (Attitudes and comments made) with staff at the Meir Park self service. Thankfully i was able to speak to the self service checkouts team leader whom was approachable, helpful and understanding of the comments disclosed. Appreciated, thank you.

Very friendly and approachable, and really went out of her way to assist me while shopping with you.
