This Tesco store is a really large store, located just outside Stoke On Trent city center, in Hanley. The store is quite large, stretching near enough the whole level of the car park. The car park is quite large too, meaning it can be a bit of a walk on foot if you are visiting the store, but it isn't much of a problem. This store is set out like my local Middleton store, with a few minor differences, and it is a nice store, it is quite large, with Scan as you shop and a cafe on the upper floor. The staff here seem okay, the security guard on the front was very nice, he was friendly and tried to help me get to the bus station as Apple Maps struggled to help navigate me in Stoke On-Trent! The range here was good, they was a very large free from section including the large Gluten free maderia cake for £4, and the smaller one for £1.75, both have been out of stock at my local Middleton store for months, and even the store on Market Street in Manchester and a few others, leaving me without a birthday cake, so it was great to see them here! The range in gluten free in all, is good and with a larger range slightly than most other stores I have seen, in the Manchester area. The range for other products seemed okay, although in some areas it was a little disappointing for a store of its' size with a lack of drinks to go, or at least they didn't stand out to me and a lack of multi-pack drinks, with the pack of 12 Smart-waters, and 6 San Pellegrino drinks missing, with them only selling them separate and the latter, they only had one flavor which was disappointing. As mentioned before, this is a large store with a good range, decent pricing, and the staff also seems nice, although I've not seen enough to warrant a 4 star, I still feel this store warrants a solid 3 star review with the staff, free from selection and size of the store being a key factor in the higher rating, without at least one (maybe two) of these factors, the rating could have been much lower.
