Went in last night about 6pm to collect a prescription that had been ordered at 11am the same day . There was no one in the queue so I spoke to the chemist and asked for the prescription that had been ordered through the emergency 111 service. The Pharmacist asked why I had left it until now to order my prescription( like it?s his business anyway) I told him I?d been unwell and forgot to order it . The Pharmacist was really rude and curt the whole time. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked would it be much longer. He told me to wait as he had been working 12 hours in the Pharmacy. After another 25 minutes I asked again and he said to wait again. After 50 minutes it was finally ready and it was given to me!!! Absolutely awful customer service Never will i go back again ???

I went for my flu jab on Friday 18.10.24. what a terrible experience. Firstly my skin was cleaned before the injection, then it was given way too high up my arm. The pharmacist hurt me and made me bleed, this has never happened before. I'm then offered a free BP test, so I go ahead. BP taken in my right arm, which it should only be done in an emergency, my arm was free hanging and not resting as it should be and then my BP was high, which it would be! I kept being asked the same question each time she took it. Finally I was accused of not paying when she had a receipt in her hand. Now I've got an infection in my arm and thankfully my BP is back to normal. Hasten to add I won't be going back there!

Tesco pharmacy in Longton has gone terrible nearly every mth they've owed me some of my tablets either they hadn't got the full quantity of one or more of my tablets or hadn't got any at all on my latest prescription they hadn't got one of my tablets I asked if there was a supply issue she told me no , at that point they'd had the prescription for a wk a few days later I went to the pharmacy again they had some in but only had 39 out of the 84 tablets which she gave me , has they come in a box of 100 I find it hard to believe i tried again on Wed they still hadn't got the remainder & the lady told me I'd have to contact my GP for a new prescription to take to another pharmacy because they still hadn't got them , I can't risk it anymore having restricted mobility it's crippling me to keep going back so I've spoke to the Drs & changed to another pharmacy because I'm angry , in a lot of pain & completely fed up now .

They keep everyone waiting for 5 minutes before they will even ask what they want. Deliberately as slow as possible.

Thank you to the wonderful lady, who served me on Thursday. She was so helpful and rang me back to say?she had successfully got my ADHD medication. I cannot thank her enough, it?s been a tough month. Thank you again. LL

Absolutely stunned yesterday after the kindness shown by the pharmacist here 26/2/24 actually brought to tears I was in so much pain and restored my faith in humanity! Thank you so much kind sir!

Went to Tesco Pharmacy today to get my husbands prescription. They haven't got his night time insulin in stock. It's been out of stock for nearly 2 months now. The Pharmacist said he had his day time insulin and that was fine!!! As I explained, his day time insulin is fast acting and night time is slow acting. They are not the same, at all!!! When a Pharmacist doesn't know the difference between fast acting insulin and slow acting insulin, there is a serious problem. I've changed my husband's nominated pharmacy. Do not recommend, at all.

Poor service. Pharmacist has Never got all of my prescription but I find that out after 20-40 minutes wait so then I Have to go back another day so more waiting! and I need medication just after visiting that place , It?s only been 5 times that I?ve used longton Tesco all recently and every time you just wait and wait and wait just for someone to ask you do you need to do any shopping ! No just serve me you plonker for a prescription yer sausage. . I?m changing pharmacy I?ll go out of my way rather than use these buffoons , the pharmacy needs to pull its socks up. Total Wazzoks ?????

Every time I visit to collect a prescription for my parents in the morning (as alway wait about 40 minutes after work )they are never open and ready to serve anyone it now nearly 10 past and someone has just told me no be has turned up again nice to see nothing has changed I wonder if they get paid from 8 am if this was me in my job a would of been sacked by now

Once again the pharmacy is closed for 2 hours today ??? I am fed up with the continuing, unreliability at the pharmacy . The excuse will be that the pharmacy had no staff ??? Same old news . Get a grip and if you are not open then don't put on website that you are open ? very disappointing

I have been to this pharmacy for years now, and over the past 18 months have found it to be getting worse. Saying that my prescription has not arrived from the GP, after ring the GP and getting a code from them, they eventually found my prescription!! Surprise surprise.Then went to collect prescription again, and found out they have closed at 5pm instead of 9pm. So went again in the morning to find they have closed all together with a note on the window, saying ring the bell to collect your prescription and to go to another pharmacy.Over the months this pharmacy has been going down so now I have now changed!!
