Tried numerous times to call to check if received prescription is there - staff are happy to cut the call off but can?t be bothered to answer the call - very poor service.

Came to collect a prescription for my 3 month old. They saw he was hungry and upset and offered me a room to feed him whilst they made his prescription. That is above and beyond customer service

Really poor service. Needed some medication for my father in law as it had run out while he was staying with us. Made me arrange it through 111 and then when I went to collect it gave me a grilling about why it was needed and how many tablets required and made me wait 15 minutes to issue them even though there was no queue!

have had a nasty cold now for 3 weeks,tried to treat it myself but it turned into very painful sinusitus,went to my doctors as couldnt get through on phone but no appointments and booked me in at a longton doctors for saturday, just couldnot put up with pain til then so went to tesco trent vale pharmacy, wow they were fantastic, saw the pharmasist,very thorough,and had tablets within 30 minutes, they got me a drink and tissues and were very sympathetic, cannot thank them enough

Rude s doesn't quite cover the pharmacist today,aggressive /combative attitude,for me just asking why they (prescription)not readyyet(again).

Absolutely shocking service ,never have half the tablets I have ,given me a slip of paper to say they owe me so many tablets,,go back 19 days later and still haven't got my tablets told me to ring 111 to sort there mess out Been going there for years every month ,for my repeat prescription .will not be using again . when I went last week,,, they said was I sure i was was in the right chemist !!!! I give up,, will not be using there pharmacy again ,,,they don't deserve the custom .

Rude unhelpful assistant in pharmacy....female blonde hair middle aged. Could not be bothered to try and help..I managed to walk away without being rude but never again in tesco....

This pharmacy used to be great, friendly staff always try their best to help but over the last few months it's gone down bank fast to the point where they send you a text to say your prescription is ready for collection you get there and it's not in stock !.

I went in for a certain thing that women require and was dealt by a young woman of whom made it clear to me that she does not believe in what I requested and that her religion states it is wrong, she then went on to vigorously question why I wanted to choose what I did and that it was wrong in her eyes. From there on, the whole process was uncomfortable and she tried her best to make me feel awful. From the way she spoke to me, the words she kept saying, her actions and her god awful stare whilst I insisted that I wanted what I wanted and that it was non of her business what I choose for my body. She was extremely unprofessional and down right disrespectful. You should not have someone working in a health care sector if they are not going to provide certain things without issue. This lady was out of order and should be ashamed of herself.

Hello everyone! In the morning, at the opening time, I was to the Pharmacy for a shampoo... I don't ask nothing and a support lady in Tesco uniform say: we don't have paracetamol or hand sanitiser. I ask about a shampoo and before I finish my question the same support lady show me where are the shampoos in Tesco store. I need a special shampoo for my mother ( psoriasis disease ). The Chemist go to check and the same support lady followed.... and they say we don't have anymore!! Really??There are difficult times but where is humanity?Why we are angry?We must support and help each others!The only place where I can buy is a pharmacy!Thank you!Be nice, good and let's try to help each others!
