Food was stolen by the Uber driver and the staff at Subway wouldn't help. Subway eventually said they would speak to manager but never heard anything back. It makes me think Subway are running a scam with Uber.

By far the worst subway in stoke on treat. The food is terrible. The meat is halal. The cheese bites are soggy. The meatball marinara sandwich i ordered had absolutely no marinara sauce on it. All it tasted of was salad and dry meat. Will never be going back.

Bought the foot long churro to go with my meal and think there must be a shortage on the sauce, might just about get a slight taste of it. And the churro is very dry and feels stale

Ordered through the app so that I could collect quickly. When I arrived I was told there was no record of my order. I showed the order history on my app and was still not given my food. I then had to show my bank statement (online) to prove the money had come out of my account.
Once this had been proved the manager (who wasn't there and had to be called) then said that I could still not receive a refund or the food as the payment had not come through on their end.
I'm waiting for the manager to call me when he starts work later to iron out the refund but all in all my experience of this Subway has been abysmal.
To top it off, I was stood providing proof of payment for 35 minutes so not only have they stolen my lunch but my lunch break too!

Wrong order made but charged for the item I did order even though provided with a cheaper item. 12.5% overcharged, easy money if you keep doing that all day.
No receipt or napkins provided.

Absolutely shocking, cheese wasn't even melted, no garlic on the garlic bread and cheese.... staff were so slow the food was cold, no smile or customer service skills everything seems like a difficult job!!! Will not be returning

Ordered a 6 inch sub only to be prepared a foot long, by the time I had noticed, the sub had been passed to the salad section with meat and grilled cheese already loaded.I pointed out the error and the chap behind the counter was rude about it then attempted to cut the sandwich in half, failing miserably on the cutting alone having to maul and tear at it like some sort of animal, then to be left with a crushed sorry looking 1/3rd of the original sub.I raised my complaint and all I got was a rude response and nothing, not we?ll fix it or anything.It?s the same owner at this new location so no surprise given the poor standards at their previous rat infested high street location. I dare say they are using majority of the same dirty rat contaminated utensils too!! Pure dirt will not go again if you paid me.
