Had an order delivered 2.30pm Chipotle cheese balls were like they were cooked at 8 o'clock this morning and how they can call themselves "sandwich artists" I have no idea! I had a footlong sub one side seemed thicker than the other opened it up to discover all salad toppings I ordered on one side of the sub if you are going to call your workers "artists" at least train them to evenly spread toppings.....Will go to greggs next time ????

Good, honest and fast food. Used the app to get a discount. My son picked a cookie and the staff member checked if he had an allergy before selling it to him as it contained nuts. I was very impressed with that.

Awfull service rude staff apart from the girl on the till asked for spicy nachos she said we don?t do them anymore then I seen her do them for another customer absolute joke I went over and said I thought you don?t do them anymore she said that was the last of them avoid at all cost pick and choose who they want to give good service to never ever again !!!

The food that we had was great, couldn't fault the politeness of the staff at all....The reason why only two stars was the choice of vegetarian food.... Very poor, couldn't believe there was only 2 choices of sandwich filling. Surely this is not acceptable?

Been to Subways, all across the planet; and this had the worst server I have ever encountered.Ordered a Steak & Cheese sub, and a Roast Chicken sub, then noticed she was putting the steak on both. Pointed out that one was supposed to be chicken and she just scowled, pointed at the steak bowl and announced that was actually chicken. I said, in that case what was on the other sandwich, and she declared it was the steak and cheese. When I again pointed out that she had got both fillings from the same bowl, she just shrugged and moved onto the salad section. I cannot believe this was a training issue rather than someone deliberately taking the mickey with an obvious tourist from the hotel next door. Maybe the receptionists should warn guests away from this Subway.

Set inside Waterworld, so it's in a nice environment, though I can imagine that it gets really busy on a Saturday. Probably the most friendliest Subway staff I've come across so far! :)

Wasn't happy at all. Kids took my order of two lattes, a bloke behind ordered one and got his while I waited. Then after receiving the lattes I had to return one to ask them to finish it of as their was half a cup or maybe a bit less, they took the cup then all 4 staff thought it ok to stare and look at me as though I'd done something wrong. We won't be using their again I don't think.

Was very clean and hygienic but the service was appalling,I was not given the option to have it toasted and when I moaned at the end that they had made it all and not asked if I wanted it toasted they said I said I didn?t want it toasted when I was never given the option. They then carelessly put the sub(with salad in it!) in the oven I had to tell them to take the veg out! After it was toasted I was given minimal salad(2 little pieces of lettuce) and was not even offered a discount or fefund for the shocking sub.
