I ordered a delivery from Victoria St a couple of days ago and a couple of sides were missing. I rang and spoke to Dan who was more than helpful. I couldn't get in to get my replacement items on that day. Spoke to him again today about it and he was again more than helpful. A credit to the company! Thank you

Very nice Subs good quality meat and equal kind portions given by staff. Kris needs a promotion he's the only one which gave us table service unasked and you really can tell he knows what he's doing. Unique subway with some of the staff really nice

charged me £7.98 for a 6 inch sub with turkey and mayo. put on the order that i had 2 6 inch subs when i didn't. not very impressed at all. employee and the manager had absolutely disgusting behaviour towards me. manager was asian and said ?is it because of my skin colour? for me complaining about the service i had. never again will i go back to subway on Victoria Road Stoke On Trent!

Just been to the subway on Victoria Road Stoke-on-Trent and got to say really disappointed, we were left standing around while the 2 staff filled out orders to be eventually picked up by taxi/customers who ordered online. I've had excellent service from this subway in the past but this was unacceptable. Customers walking in should be served and the orders online can wait a little longer? We decided to go elsewhere. As we left I noticed other customers having to wait around too!
