Ordered 2 wraps took them away to car realised that not all the items not on went back in all though had money back they would not redo the order wanted me to get in line again and wait behind 10 others very rude and not helpful at all even though it was their fault as wraps done wrong will not be going there again

Absolutely dreadful. Pre ordered twice and turned up about 10 minutes after collection time and still weren?t ready. Always end up standing there ages. Tip: order to collect about 45 minutes before you actually turn up!!

Had a half a hour break to go down to the subway, stood in queue for 20 minutes nearly made me late back to work as they were putting pick up orders before customers when I was before, my sandwich went cold before I eat it terrible service would not recommend going this subway absolutely terrible needs improvement in staff and service

Clean place, friendly staff but the food wasn't made to standards. Cold bread even though asked toasted, the filling or preparation wasn't neat and didn't enjoy as it was all falling apart and crumbling everywhere.

Needed change order no one answers phone tried ring for ages . Rang driver his mate answered phone so was no help . Also same number as esso station and still no one answering. Very disappointed. Won't recommend to anyone else. Poor service

Hit and miss but nachos are pointless think we've g9ne back to ww2 ration we're there portions i used work for subway (the same franchise) and its just the staff being lazy nothing do with portion control
