Was told to leave as took my dog in as i do at every Starbucks. Drove out my way to get here.. Apparantly it's a franchise and they make it up themselves. It's weird though they let me order with dog clearly on show and ordered eat-in. Let me sit down and then told us. Shame.. I'll stop going out of my way to Starbucks in future. (small dog sat on my knee).
By the way.. You've totally misinterpreted the conditions about dogs in food outlets but hey it's your franchise so your decision.. I'd rather you hadn't served me at all than take my money before asking us to leave.

Order taken, then we sat down with our small well behaved dog. Only after sitting down were we told that the franchise manager didn?t allow dogs in the store. (Aport from service dogs). Poor decision and customer service

Conveniently situated on the A34 always good service the drinks are always a good temperature there's a good choice of sandwiches for hot or cold and a decent selection of cakes I love calling in here

Ollie could use some lessons in customer service. We asked for marshmallows and sprinkles on my 9-year-old son's drink, given the festive season. Instead of a polite response, Ollie gave us a disgusted look and rudely told us they don?t have them, as if we?d asked for something outrageous. Fair enough?if they?re unavailable, that?s fine, but the attitude was unnecessary. Merry Christmas to the rest of the Starbucks staff, who were much more pleasant.

Wow, so many times has this Starbucks failed us! For some reason seems to be the most expensive on the planet lol, but also the brown sugar oat shaken espresso has been repeatedly given to us wrong.
It's a £6.05 coffee drink, yes, we know this is an insane amount to spend on a coffee, BUT surely if you are spending the money on it it needs to be amazing. Been given the wrong sized SMALLER drink and charged the same as a large 3 times now.
Today at the drive-thru he tried to upgrade this by adding WATER from the tap and giving it a shake.
We want to keep using the Starbucks for convenience but the prices need to be equal to the others and drinks made properly.

Called in for quick sandwich to go, very expensive for what I received, they don?t even have any prices on the hot food ?.what a surprise when i went to pay £4.75 for a sausage sarnie, i very disappointing and not worth the money .

Just okay.
Asked for an extra shot in my coffee, was really quite expensive and just tasted of frothy milk.
